Illuminated Check Engine Light
Engine hesitation or surging
Reduced engine power
Poor acceleration
Rough idling or stalling
Potential misfires
Decreased fuel efficiency
Malfunctioning MAP sensor
Malfunctioning MAF sensor
Malfunctioning TPS
Intake air leaks or restrictions
Electrical connection issues between sensors and the engine control module (ECM)
Faulty ECM
Throttle Position Sensor: Throttle position sensor generally denotes the position of the accelerator pedal. Problems lead to poor acceleration
Inspect and evaluate the functionality of the MAP sensor, MAF sensor, and TPS
Clean or replace the MAP sensor, MAF sensor, or TPS if they are faulty
Check for any intake air leaks or restrictions and repair as necessary
Inspect and ensure proper electrical connections between the sensors and the ECM
If required, test and replace the ECM
